Alt Hack-Vizag launched to empower student innovators
India’s leading blockchain and web 3.0 education pioneer, IBC Media, on Friday launched its Alt Hack– Vizag edition to empower student innovators of Andhra Pradesh to learn new technologies and create solutions using web 3.0.

Visakhapatnam India's leading blockchain and web 3.0 education pioneer, IBC Media, on Friday launched its Alt Hack– Vizag edition to empower student innovators of Andhra Pradesh to learn new technologies and create solutions using web 3.0.
IBC Alt Hack-Vizag is an initiative to bring industry orientation to the students in state-of-the-art technologies blockchain & web 3.0 from key industry leaders, train them on the functional and technology stacks and help them come up with path breaking ideas and start building on them.
The winning teams will compete for the Rs.1 million+ prize pool to develop their ideas during the International Blockchain Congress event to be held in January 2023.
In addition to coaching by web 3.0 experts from Polkadot (IBC Media's headline sponsor), the participants will also benefit from resource partners like Tech Mahindra to scale their ideas.
The event is being backed by the Andhra Pradesh Government, AP Innovation Society, AP Information Technology Academy (APITA) and Tech Mahindra.
The chief guest for the inaugural event was Prof. P. Srinivasa Rao, president, Gayatri Vidya Parishad. The event was graced by Kalyan Mangalapalli, Director, NASSCOM Centre of Excellence IoT & AI, and Lavanya Chimata, Joint Director, Andhra Pradesh Innovation Society.
